Dabis Rózsi studied at Budapest's School of Design as well as the Academy of Fine Arts. At the Kecskemét artists' colony she was a pupil of Béla Iványi-Grünwald. From 1920 she was a graphic artist for the newspaper Újság ('News'), while in the 30s illustrations by her appeared in the literary journal Nyugat ('West'). A member of the Munkácsy Guild.
